Christmas

Christmas was Fab!

We spent Christmas Eve at Abs' with the kids, and opened presents with them in the morning..... and Santa definately came!!!

We then went to Marty's parents to have Christmas present with them and turkey with all the trimmings.

Boxing Day was back to Abs' for more food and presents.....

Oh Christmas Tree, oh Christmas Tree.....

Well.... it is that time of year!!!

Trip to .......... the UK

In order to get Christmas shopping done, and to visit the family we decided to take a trip to the UK in early December.

We started of in Norwich, where the best shopping can be found, and stayed at the cottage. We also managed to get a couple of visits to see Claire.

On the Monday we toook the train to Edinburgh and stayed at The George Hotel. It was very nice and extrmely connveniently situated in the centre of where we needed to be.

It was Grandpa's 95th, and Grandma's 88th birthday, so we popped in for a cup of tea and to give them their presents.

After a little more shopping we headed back to Norwich on the Tuesday.

On the Thursday we took the train down to see Aaron & Anna and meet baby Sebastian. He is so adorable that I hardly wanted to leave when it got to the time to get the train back!!!

Friday saw more shopping in Norwich, as did Saturday..... and then back to the aiport we trundled.

Luckily we had been able to leave most of the shopping at Aaron's or get Marty's mum to drive it back for us.... I don't think 15 kilo's each on Ryanair would have even taken a fifth of it!
